and across america it's a scene that tragically plays out time and again. on average, well over 200 fatal bus crashes take place every year in the u.s. with more than 12,000 nonfatal crashes. and more than 15,000 people injured. just last week, a 6-year-old boy decide when a bus crashed into the long island home where the boy was asleep in bed. in july a tour bus crashed into this barrier in new rochelle, new york. back in miami, it turns out that the driver here, even mowed down a sign warning vehicles more than 8 feet tall to turn around. they don't know whether they'll file charges against that driver. his bus belongs to the miami bus service. ron, it's too early to tell if fatigue played any role in this crash. >>> a frightening screen this morning on a highway in japan where at least three people were killed when part of a tunnel collapsed outside of tokekytoky. ceiling plates made of concrete fell on cars. the tunnel is 35 years old but was just inspected a month ago. >>> police in san diego are searching for two men caught on tape, caught allegedly stealing, hundreds of pairs of underw

meant for the very wealthy of america, the very wealthy tax filers so that they were not taking full advantage of too many deductions and credits. the problem is there was never indexed for inflation so each year, congress those pass an exemption so therefore it protects middle class families. but it's part of the entire fiscal cliff negotiation, nothing has been passed. so we are looking at maybe 30 million americans, 30 million to 100 americans that could be deeply impacted by the time springtime rolls around. >> what about other tax cities in understand there's three other taxes we could get hit with. what are they? >> talking to steven moore about t you clearly -- the federal income tax, your going to see a -- we are going to revert back to the 2000 tax schedule you so the top tax rate will bounce up to 39.6%. then you look at the dividend tax rate. right now, it's at 15% it can jump as high as 43%. capital gains taxes from 15% up to 20%. so, you could see that the implications, the negative implications just to wall street but also to those individuals that you are living on a f
